There are generally three ways for which
custom importing should be looked at as a workable option:


a) Modification of an existing product already featured in a catalogue. You see a product
but it does not quite meet your requirements.
An example can be a cooler bag does not come
in the colour your require and you need an
extra pocket over the front flap.

Custom manufacturing allows you this flexibility. We work with our clients in coming up with the modifications and production process. Keep in mind that certain minimums will apply
(500 - 5,000 units, depending on the item).



b) You have a product in mind that is not
shown in a particular catalogue, but you know exactly (or very closely) what you require.
We can work from existing samples or pictures, and through our Asian contacts, will source
the facility best suited to produce such a
product.

An example can be a product that was
purchased at a store that you like and want
to duplicate with potential modifications
intended for your particular promotion.
Imagine a plush toy that has to look like a
cartoon character from a particular TV
series, or bobble head doll.



c) You have a product in mind but it does not currently exist and has to be fully customized. Providing us with as much information as
possible regarding the functionality, use, demographic target, price points required etc.
will help us in creating the specific product
that you require. Imagine a photo frame
fridge magnet molded to a particular
shape with a mini LED clock screen.



Approximate delivery process:

1 - 3 weeks: Initial samples can arrive in
Canada in depending on the availability of
the item (does it have to be custom made).

1 - 3 weeks: Pre-production samples arrive (nothing is put into production without sign
off on a pre-pro sample).

4 - 6 weeks: Production lead time.

3 - 5 weeks: Sea freight to land goods into Canada.
